Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces 90 ml Prosecco, chilled
  • 2 ounces 60 ml Aperol
  • 1 ounce 30 ml club soda or sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 orange slice for garnish

Method
 

  1. Fill a wine glass with ice. The more, the better — this cocktail is best ice-cold.
  2. Pour in the Prosecco first, followed by Aperol.
  3. Top with club soda or sparkling water.
  4. Gently stir once or twice to combine the flavors without losing the fizz.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice on the rim or floating on top.
