  • 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream

  • Optional variations:
  • 1 –2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • Lemon zest a pinch
  • Almond extract a few drops

Method
 

  1. Pour the cold heavy whipping cream into a chilled mixing bowl.
