Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works perfectly)
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing if you prefer
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce like Frank’s RedHot
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions sliced (optional, for garnish)
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips celery sticks, or bread slices for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8x8 or similar baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  3. Tip: Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened so it blends easily.
  4. Add in the shredded chicken, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, and mozzarella. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese evenly over the dip.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and slightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions or parsley if desired.
  9. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crusty bread.
